what is your schedule like? What time are you thinking? I live in Milton but I drive through Rochester every day. Just let me know and maybe we can catch. Who knows maybe you can get a few people and we can have a party lol !!

Hi everyone,
Happy St. Patrick's Day! This is also a bittersweet day for me. My mom would have been 82 today. It is so hard to believe that she has been gone for 13 years!
Anyway, here is my plan for today. It is going to be a strange day because I have a meeting at the Unemployment office and they right to Durham for a job interview, then on to Dodgeball....So planning is a must.
Breakfast: Shake with banana and peanut butter
Lunch: Tuna melt
Dinner: It is either going to be Wendy's chili or I will have a good snack and then make something when I get home. It all depends on time. Or I might get a Wendy's chili on the way home!

Topic: Thursdays Plan
Have a Happy St. Patrick's day everyone
Breakfast - egg & cheese on 1/2 English muffin
lunch - turkey and cheese on 1 slice Assiago cheese bread toasted w/ home made Honey Mustard ( I have found a SF honey at ocean state job lot)
dinner - roast (leftover from last night) w/ 1/2 sweet potato
snack popcorn or cheese stick not sure if I will have either
I also have an orange that I should eat for the vitamin c.
Also Sam & I are heading to Furry's tonight to meet Dr. Gens lol

I think I did alright yesterday. Definitely had an unplanned snack when I got home from work but other than that, it went well. I do need to work on post work snacks (I don't even know if I'm hungry!) and my water intake. Today, thanks to the bottle someone really cool got me, I'm doing better but I'm also realizing how poorly I was doing with it before!!
Anyways, today's food plan
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with Almonds
Lunch: Chili with low fat cheese
Dinner: Turkey Taco with beans and low fat sour cream, salsa and low fat cheese
No walk with the rain today. should hit up with Gym after work but still have the house guest. Once he is gone (and I recover from this time change that is kicking my ass!) Ill make it there again!

Topic: Wednesday's Plan
I have been doing so well lately, it is almost scary! I have been totally following my plan, exercising and losing and gaining the same 1 pound. Well I guess I can't have it all.
So my plan for today:
Breakfast: Shake with 1 teaspoon peanut butter and banana
Snack: Apple
Lunch: English muffin pizza
Snack: Greek Yogurt
Dinner: I am making hash with the left over smoked shoulder, potatoes and carrots.
Hope everyone is doing well. I am off to a meeting then the gym!
